Post - Natal Fitness
& Health
Our postnatal coaching program is designed to help mothers reconnect with their bodies and support physical recovery after childbirth. During pregnancy, women experience significant changes, including shifts in center of mass and alterations in muscle strength due to compensatory adjustments for the growing baby.
Over the course of our three-month program, we focus on simple, effective movements that promote rehabilitation of the postpartum body. This gradual approach is essential for encouraging safe and sustainable progress.
As participants advance, we will reintegrate traditional strength training, emphasizing everyday functional movements that mothers require, as well as exercises they may have performed in the gym before pregnancy. We also incorporate complementary accessory exercises to enhance overall strength.
Our methodology emphasizes loading the muscles and performing dynamic movements under load for extended periods, which helps the body adapt and maintain integrity. We prioritize quality movement patterns while teaching breathing and bracing techniques developed in earlier phases, ensuring that participants can apply these skills effectively during strength training.
